Make a Payment

We are pleased to announce we accept many forms of payments to pay your bill. These include check, money order, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and automatic debit from a checking or savings account (ACH). You also have a variety of options on how to make those payments.

ONLINE PAYMENTS - -
The most convenient and secure method is to either make a one-time online payment or set up recurring online payments. To make an online payment, just follow these easy steps.

  1. Click on the "Pay My Bill" button. If you have set up a user ID and password, you can enter that here to bring up your account information. If you have not, click on the "Click Here to Pay Now" button and fill out the Payment Form.
  2. If you are making a single payment, select Payment Type, enter your bank information and complete form.
  3. If you are setting up a recurring payment schedule, select Payment Type, enter your bank information, and check the "Set Recurring Payment" box to set up your payment schedule.
  4. When selecting start date, please keep in mind your due dates. If your 1st payment is different than the amount you will normally be paying every cycle, you can enter that in this section.
  5. Since many of our customers have different physical addresses than mailing, please complete the Shipping Address section.
  6. To save your information for making fast payments in the future, set up a user ID and password at the bottom of the form (optional). You will receive an email confirmation after payment is made.

Call 970-389-0101 to make a single payment using a credit card or to debit from a checking/savings account. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. *Note: We cannot arrange a recurring billing schedule by phone. We must receive your permission in writing on our designated form.
